Shipping and Delivery

The total time for you to get your order is equal to the DESIGN TIME+PRODUCTION TIME+SHIPPING TIME. After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be finished to design and produce within 5 days. This is just an estimate time and doesn't include weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods We Offer

Option 1. Standard shipping (8-12 business days)

We offer free Standard shipping to the U.S. for any orders. Please refer to the payment page to confirm the free standard shipping info.

Note: Orders from specific countries don't have standard Shipping; please contact us for further help.

Option 2.Express Shipping (5-8 business days)

We provide free Express shipping to the U.S. for orders $99+, otherwise, only $18 in the U.S. Since there is different shipping fee for different shipping countries. Please refer to the checkout page to confirm the shipping fee info.

Note: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by Email from us. If you don't receive the email or the package by any chance, I would appreciate it that you could contact us within 15 days. If you contact us after the deadline, please understand that we may not be able to make compensation. Email us: service@milysocks.com.

Track Your Order

After we send out your order, an automatic shipment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your parcel.

So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shipment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us an email to service@milysocks.com asking for the shipment information.

At the same time, you can also login your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shipment email. Just following the steps below:

  1. Click "Log in" on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to "My Account" dashboard page.
  2. Click "My Orders" on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.
  3. Click "View Order", you will be taken to the order detail page.
  4. Then click "Shipments" on the upper corner of the order detail page.
  5. You will see the tracking number on the bottom.
Order Status:
  • Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
  • Complete: complete means we have sent the order but not means the customer has received the order.
